Our Team

Dushyant Jamwal

Co-Founder

Dushyant brings over three decades of technology and consulting leadership to Kynera, with a career that spans enterprise software, CRM transformation, and international programme delivery across Asia Pacific.

Before co-founding Kynera, Dushyant was part of the Consulting Leadership team at Deloitte India, where he led the growth of the CRM practice across the region. Prior to that, he spent nearly two decades building and running the Salesforce practice at Compro Technologies — growing it from a one-man operation into India’s first Platinum-level Salesforce partner, with over 450 successful implementations and offices across Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Pune. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Siebel Systems (now Oracle) in Singapore, where he managed enterprise CRM deployments.

An avid squash player, Dushyant has won multiple national masters titles in India and finished 17th at the 2024 World Masters Championships in Amsterdam — bringing the same competitive drive to Kynera that he’s carried throughout his career.

Jai Babla

Co-Founder

Jai entered the tech landscape in the mid-2000s—an era marked by the initial rise of cloud computing and the foundational years of the smartphone revolution. He has spent the last two decades at the intersection of business strategy and technology, helping enterprises transform their information management and reporting frameworks through cutting-edge cloud architectures.

Before launching Kynera, Jai served on the leadership team for Deloitte India’s Salesforce practice, driving the expansion of strategic global accounts alongside the firm’s consulting leadership. His foundation in the ecosystem was built during a ten-year tenure at Compro Technologies, where he scaled their Salesforce unit into a premier, award-winning CRM practice in Asia before orchestrating its strategic merger into Deloitte India.

Off the clock, Jai is a competitive table tennis player on the Indian 40+ veterans circuit, infusing Kynera with the same “cho-le” drive and competitive edge he brings to the table.

Godfrey Gonsalves

Co-Founder

Godfrey brings over two decades of experience in technology consulting and enterprise software delivery to Kynera. Over the course of his career, he has led domestic and international software implementation programmes, helping organizations leverage technology to drive business transformation.

Prior to co-founding Kynera, Godfrey held consulting roles at Deloitte, LTIMindtree (formerly L&T Infotech), Salesforce, and Compro Technologies. He has worked across industries including sports, manufacturing, banking and financial services, retail, and business process services.

A firm believer in all-round development, Godfrey was recognised with his school’s All-Rounder Award and represented his school at the district-level football tournament. Today, he brings the same dedication, collaborative approach, and passion for solving business challenges to his role as co-founder of Kynera, helping clients transform with confidence.
